Certified Software Valuation as a standing capability, not a purchase you repeat
Some organisations value software once. Others do it every quarter, on every vendor delivery, on every target in the pipeline, on every internal release that has to clear a gate.
For the second kind, buying valuations one at a time is the wrong shape. Enterprise gives your organisation a shared account: everyone who needs a valuation runs one, when they need it, under one set of controls and one invoice.

The valuations
What your organisation receives.
Every member of an Enterprise organisation gets Expert-grade valuations as standard. Not a reduced version, the same thing: selectable compliance and analysis frameworks, the full audit trail behind every figure, evidence-based score calibration, and the maintenance cost estimate derived from real infrastructure.
Encrypted inference is on by default. Sensitive code is analysed under stronger confidentiality guarantees without anyone having to remember to switch it on, which is the only version of that control that survives contact with a busy team.

The controls
The controls a team actually needs.
Multiple users under one organisation. Centralised management and billing, so your people spend their time reading results and making decisions rather than clearing individual checkouts. A shared company profile carried across every report your organisation issues, so the output is consistent whoever ran it.
Fit
When to choose Enterprise.
When valuation stops being an event and becomes part of how you work: M&A pipelines with recurring technical due diligence, vendor delivery verification against contract, regulatory programmes under CRA or DORA where evidence has to be produced on a cadence rather than once, and engineering organisations running independent quality gates on their own releases.
Best for: firms and teams running valuations regularly, who need Expert quality, centralised administration and predictable billing.

Frequently asked questions.
That an Enterprise organisation does not choose a tier per valuation. Every valuation any member runs is produced with the Expert methodology: frameworks selectable, full audit trail, encrypted inference on, and qualified custody included.
It is included, on the same terms as Expert: your people decide on each analysis whether the report is sealed. Nothing to buy separately, nothing to approve.
There is no limit. An Enterprise organisation is not sold by the seat: everyone who needs a valuation gets an account, and pricing is set against your volume and requirements rather than your headcount.
No, and that is the point. Inside an Enterprise organisation every valuation is Expert. Nobody has to judge whether this particular decision deserves the good methodology, and no report leaves your organisation on a lighter footing than the last one. Consistency is part of what you are buying.
Yes, with the code owner's authorisation, and that is the normal case rather than the exception: a target granting data room access during diligence, a supplier's delivery assessed against what was contracted, a portfolio company reviewed on behalf of its board. Technically there is no difference. What matters is that the access is authorised, which is a matter for the agreement between you and the code owner.
Negotiable. Standard Enterprise runs on the same availability as the rest of the platform, which depends in part on our AI infrastructure providers. If your programme needs guaranteed availability or throughput commitments, we can put them in the contract, and they are priced accordingly rather than assumed in the standard fee.
