Every assessment ships as a Software Valuation Report: a Technical Valuation, an Economic Valuation and an Evidence Certificate proving the analysis was carried out on our platform. From Pro upwards, an IP Custody Certificate is added. Expert ships with a Compliance Report against SOC 2 and OWASP ASVS.

Encrypted upload, or short-lived Git credentials you control. Isolated workspace. On Starter, the working copy is discarded after the assessment. On Pro and above, the working copy is sealed and filed by a Trusted Third Party for long-term legal custody.

AI-assisted reading
A large language model reads through the code the way a senior engineer would in a code review. Strengths, weaknesses, security concerns, architectural choices. Run in bounded mode: prompts, parameters and inputs are versioned for reproducibility.

Deterministic valuation
Hours, costs and scores are computed by a transparent formula combining static measurements, AI signals and market rates. On Expert, fully deterministic: same code in, same answer out. Every number traces back to its inputs.

Report, certificate and custody
Findings assembled into a designed PDF. Codeego issues a signed Evidence Certificate referencing the report. For Pro, Expert and Enterprise, the full file, source code included, is sealed by a Trusted Third Party for long-term legal custody.
